How are partner discounts calculated?
Discounts are based on your business type, expected order volume and product interest. Once your application is approved, your discount is locked into your account and applied automatically at checkout on every order.
How is the quarterly bonus paid out?
The quarterly bonus is issued as DECKO store credit, calculated on your total purchase volume that quarter. Use it for future orders, sample packs, accessories or top-up stock.
Do I need an ABN to apply?
Yes. The DECKO Partners Program is a B2B programme, so a registered ABN is required. Sole traders, partnerships and companies are all welcome.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed and approved within a few business days. We may reach out for additional info on larger volume or custom-pricing requests.
Can I get custom pricing for a large project?
Yes. Custom discounts are open for high-volume orders and project-based supply. Flag the project size in the application and our team will reach out with tailored pricing.
Do you offer marketing or product support?
Yes. All partners get continuous product support and online order tracking. Resellers also get access to product imagery and brochures to use in their own marketing.
Can I cancel or change my partnership later?
Yes. The programme is flexible. You can change your tier, pause activity, or close the account at any time by contacting your partner manager.
